A friend posted this on Facebook: Hi All! I have a friend that just posed a question on fb. She is a high school history teacher and is conducting a research project for a summer institute she was accepted to. She asked for a simple one-two word answer to: Happiness is _____________.
It was wonderful reading all the creative, fun responses to this simple inquiry. I felt like each separate response was a tiny, intimate truth, but woven together they created a magnificent quilt to Happiness.
I decided on bringing conscious awareness of Happiness to my daily routine. Therefore, I posted this on my bathroom mirror: Today, my happiness is ___________. I am looking forward to take a moment each morning to conjure up a one-two word answer to that.
Today, my happiness is sunshine.
