Possibilities ImaginationI’ve decided to give myself a challenge to shape and encourage my daily practice.  I plan to write a post each of the thirty-one days in July.  Partly for the exercise and routine, but mainly to focus and direct my mindfulness to be present; to notice; to appreciate; and to share.

I will go back to sharing gratitudes and sources of my happiness.  I may expound on learnings and realizations I experience.  Perhaps a few WIG‘s.  Occasionally, I may just share passages that I find moving, or beautifully written.

I am committing myself to just a few moments of each day, and yet I’m feeling incredibly excited about what is about to happen!  Bonne chance!
