And So, Great Creator!
Moving forward through another day, Friend. We have clouds this morning, drifting lazily north-to-south, and everything is in the process of drying from a little overnight rain.
Last night, I had two different dreams where I faced cognitive challenges. In one, I struggled with word-retrieval, and in the other, I was dealing with customer service and satisfaction issues stemming from my cognitive challenges. I’m not sure why I had those dreams, or what they mean; but, they were unsettling, to say the least.
I see today being a day of writing, typing, running, and meditating. Those are my intentions for this day. Of course, I’m writing right now, so that has already been achieved; but, I hope to write some correspondence, as well. And, I’m looking forward to getting a run on, listening to a podcast at the same time. I plan to post the next day’s Sunrise Pages, as well as type up a couple more days. And, to meditate a couple times, getting back in sync with Deepak and Oprah’s 21-Day Meditation Experience.
I may do more; I may do less.
It’s really always just one moment at a time. And, in each moment, there can be the feeling that nothing changes; or, it can feel like a moment of profound change. Even then, as time goes by, the profound change may really change nothing, while the seemingly unchanged may create the greatest change.
Oftentimes, it’s just beautifully, if frustratingly, unknowable. I hope to just stay balanced and open – loving, giving, and receiving. Simple stuff, like flowing downhill.
Here’s a Prompt for Today:
Studying Your Sense of Integrity: Staying in your own business.
It can be tempting, when working on your sense of integrity, to pay more attention to what others are doing, and judge whether or not they are in integrity.
This is not your business. You don’t know, and you can’t know, whether they are or aren’t in their integrity.
Fortunately, this is a great lesson: your integrity is your business, and nobody else’s. This means there is nothing to prove to anyone else.
This won’t be about being right, compared to others. It’s not about being better than others.
This is simply and totally about you; and, about being comfortable and satisfied with you.
Are you doing the thing that feels good and sets you free? Or not?
Right now, it’s not even about changing the choices you make – it’s just about noticing how each choice feels in your body.
Just notice. Recognize the difference. For you.
Loving-awareness, Dear Guides. So valuable – Thank You!
