On the Journey, Dear Creator!
A brisk wind is blowing, chattering the remaining leaves around. The sky is dark and roiling, and we had some rain earlier. In the east, there is a break in these lower clouds, and there’s a glimpse of a big cloud bank, blue skies, and sunshine.
I caught the tail-end of last night’s sunset on my lunch break at work. It looked like it must have been really spectacular; what I saw was subdued and muted, but still really impressive.
And, as I left work, with clear skies, I saw Orion rising for the first time this season.
As we journey through this life we are given, each moment we get to choose; to orient our direction.
What I keep talking about here is the power that you have; the power that your choice gives you.
Why are you where you are? Why are you going in the direction you’re going? Where do you want to go?
These are powerful questions. Only you know the answers.
But, I can help you ask the questions, and truly listen for the answers.
Maybe you are heading right where you want to be. That is awesome, and I cheer you onward!
