My Daily Gratitude–Noticed that clouds and overcast skies make some things visible that might otherwise be lost in the bright direct sunlight. Ask a photographer about how light angle and shadow bring magic to the composition.
For me–I saw three goldfinch dance through traffic on a busy street, then flitter and fuss with each other in and around the sidewalk flowers and iron fence. I don’t know that their brightness would have caught my eye on a brighter day. It made me smile.
I miss seeing the gold finches play around in our yard at home. They certainly brighten a gloomy cloudy day. Glad you had the opportunity to see them.
